Georgette Kerr's "After the
Stork" postpartum doula services were wonderful. I
highly recommend Georgette and the other doulas who
work with her. They were tremendously professional,
competent, and kind. "After the Stork's" services
were much more valuable to me than those of a
different doula service that I used following the
birth of my first child. I write this letter to let
other mothers and mothers-to-be know that all doula
services are not the same. All doula services are
not and cannot be as wonderful as "After the Stork."

Dear Georgette:
Thank you so very much for your doula services during
the past few months. My husband and, the three
children too, are very thankful for all your
support. Obviously your help allowed us to get some
much needed rest through the night so that we were
able to provide the best care possible during the
day. And in providing this service you and your team
were the utmost professionals. A mother cannot feel
comfortable leaving a newborn, premature baby (let
alone three of them) with just anyone, but you and
your staff gave us tremendous peace of mind.
What may be less obvious, and what I would like to
comment on most strongly, is what a tremendous value
you provided to us in preparing for the arrival of
the babies as well as managing and coping after they
were home. From books to read, advice with doctors,
lactation consultants and even helpful equipment and
other household infrastructure necessary for one,
and in our case, multiple babies. Your experience
with multiples is unparalleled and invaluable to us.
Additionally, I believe your s taff is a tremendous
asset to you and your company. They provided us with
daily opportunity for consultation about the
children's status and progress. This was a wonderful
comfort and their advice was based on years of
experience as well as uo to the minute teachings.
They are the most loving, caring, wonderful people,
providing a nurturing environment for the babies and
much needed emotional support to my husband and
myself. Thank you again and good luck to you in the
future.

Dear Georgette:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for
all of your hard work and dedication you gave to my
family earlier this year. Your doula service was
always professional, responsible and dependable.
Whenever there was a problem or a special need you
were always there to help. You were able to provide
a great level of comfort in a difficult and
stressful time of our life. That comfort level
allowed us the opportunity to best love and care for
(four names withheld). It was obvious to us that you
cared for our children and our home as if they were
your own. For this we are forever grateful.
The children are all doing wonderful and have adjusted
extremely well to their surroundings. They have been
sleeping through the night now for over two months.
We have friends and cousins with children a week or
two older than ours who are still not sleeping
through the night. These other children are
singletons that were born full-term. You should be
just as proud as we are of this feat.
I have handed out quite a few of your business cards to
friends and family members lately. I hope you
receive some business from these people. I realize
how difficult it can be to start and even maintain a
